<aside> ✏️ How to use this template
First of all, it’s fully customisable! Experiment and see what works for you.
****This planner makes your workload feel more manageable by making it easy to move tasks between days. If you’re the kind of person who has regular weekly tasks, having a template also makes sure you don’t forget to do them. Simply click and drag a task to move it; you can add as many tasks as you need, or even add whole new sections.
You might want to have a daily checklist, you might not. It can be useful for habit-forming — for example, if you’re trying to exercise more, or find more time for a hobby. There might also be certain things you only want to carve out time for a couple of times a week. In one early version of this template, I had a “LEARN SOMETHING NEW” box to tick every single day. It felt stressful! Now I just try to learn a couple of new things a week and it feels joyful again.
Duplicate this template and have a play with it. Change the colours and waste some time choosing the perfect cover photo. At the start of each week, simply make a copy of your personalised template; you can keep tweaking it until it feels right. Using Notion is pretty intuitive, but you can find loads of tutorials here.
Enjoy!
